At The Society for National Charity, we ensure that every individual deserves a respectful and dignified burial. Our burial service is for those who lack the resources or family support to arrange for their final rites. We also provide this service with fewer fees on an emergency basis.
Our Burial Service offers
- We trained people on burial and washing rituals. We handle all aspects of preparing the deceased burial.
- We provide Kafon free. Sometimes we manage it in emergency cases with fewer complaints from our clients.
- We trained our team to maintain proper religious rules and culture.
- Our service is provided at no cost to orphans, the impoverished, and those who have no one to manage their burial rites.
A Compassionate and Dignified Mission
Our burial service was first started during the COVID-19 pandemic, when funeral planning was complicated for many families. In COVID, we helped 23 people bury their dead bodies. We helped 106 people on this project, and 37 people received burial shrouds from us.
It still provides vital support today for people who would not otherwise be able to plan a respectable farewell.
As Allah says in the Qur'an,
“And whoever does a good deed—it is for himself; and whoever does evil, it is against the self. And your Lord is not ever unjust to His servants.” (Surah Fussilat 41:46)
